Mind, Body, & Soul
This class emphasizes core strength, flexibilty, and balance. The class will also focus on concentraition, breathing control, mindfulness, and listening to the body.
Additionally, once a month, we will talk about the helpful ways to eat healthy and how eating affects your overall health. A variety of food approaches and possibly some recipes to take home!
